During Autumn 2009 our writing, designing, directing and performance projects for 14 - 19 year olds offered 67 young people the opportunity to explore the creative and technical processes of making theatre.  Since January, Royal Exchange professionals from lighting, sound, set design, production and stage management have mentored members of the groups whilst a further 30 young people have worked with us to direct and perform this evening of fresh, original work, inspired by ideas of location, a sense of place and the search for home.
